Overview
DAY 1: Arrival in Los Llanos, at the natural reserve El Encanto de Guanapalo.
DAY 2: Ride in a curiara, traditional canoe and llanero safari to observe animals.
DAY 3 : Horseback riding to observe animals and myths and legends evening.
DAY 4: Return to the city of origin.
Day 4 : ENCANTO OF GUANAPALO
El Encanto de Guanapalo is a natural reserve of 9,000 hectares, heritage of the Zambrano family. It has 3 hatos or typical houses to accommodate visitors.
- Arrival by plane to Yopal, the capital of Casanare.
- Reception at the airport and transfer by 4×4 to El Encanto de Guanapalo located in the municipality of San Luis de Palenque.
- Installation in one of the three “Hato”: Mata de Palma, Altamira and / or Montana.
- Delicious typical lunch cooked on site.
- Safari by tractor in search of wild animals.
- Return to the reserve and dinner.
- Night in Guanapalo.
DAY 3 : SAFARI IN LOS LLANOS
The reserve is home of a large variety of wildlife, including local birds that inhabit the reserve’s floodplains. It is a very well preserved ecosystem.
- Start the day with the guide to learn how to milk a cow!
- Ride in a curiara, a traditional canoe to do artisanal fishing.
- Lunch in the hato.
2nd Llanero Safari to observe animals, but this time in 4×4. - Evening of sharing about the myths and legends typical of this region of Colombia.
Dinner. - Night in Guanapalo.
Day 3 : GASTRONOMY LLANERA
- Workshop on the local gastronomy which is very rich in flavors.
- Lunch.
- Horseback riding or 4×4 to other hatos to discover the llanera culture.
- Dinner.
- Night in Guanapalo.
Day 4: 2,600 METERS CLOSER TO THE STARS
Return to Bogota, the capital of Colombia, which is after La Paz and Quito, the 3rd highest capital in the world.
- Transfer to Yopal airport to return to Bogota.
- Flight to Bogota.

Domestic flights on regular airlines from Bogota.
Accommodation for 3 nights in a double room.
Full board during the whole stay.
The visits and activities indicated in the program in Spanish-speaking shared service (with the other people of the hotel).
